At Solomons Adventure Sports, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our fishing and outdoor equipment. We understand, however, that there may be times when you need to return a product you have purchased from our website. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Refund and Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and any other applicable laws.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at our customer service number or email address. We will arrange for the damaged item to be collected at our expense. Once we receive the item and confirm the damage or fault, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, within a reasonable time frame.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item. However, please note that in this case, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories, and must not have been used or damaged. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets these conditions, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding the original shipping cost.

Refund Claim Period

Refund claims must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please provide your original proof of purchase when you contact us.
